M.J. Lawson Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage has been specializing in commercial real estate in downtown Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and throughout Southern Ontario for over 20 years. We represent purchasers and sellers while maintaining a large office, retail, and industrial leasing portfolio.

Mary Jane Lawson

Mary Jane has over 30 years of experience in office, industrial and commercial sales and leasing. She has collaborated with international developers, architects, urban planners and educators and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for International Urban Development in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is known for her expertise in revitalizing historic properties, land assemblies, and specialty marketing campaigns for the sale and leasing of large commercial projects.

Jessica Tasker

Vice President of Leasing, Broker

Jessica Tasker is an accomplished Real Estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She has a proven track record of success in both tenant and landlord representations. As Vice President of Leasing, she focuses on growth opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Colin Lam

With over 20 years of experience in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, Colin has gained broad knowledge of the commercial real estate market. Colin joined M.J. Lawson Real Estate over 15 years ago where he found a natural fit with our boutique-style hands-on approach to real estate solutions. He enjoys discovering the next project and putting deals together.

Bhavna Trivedi

Senior Real Estate Administrator

Bhavna has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working as an Executive Assistant, Lease Analyst and Leasing Coordinator for a large multi-national real estate brokerage before joining M.J. Lawson Real Estate in 2019.  She works seamlessly with clients, brokers, property managers and administrative assistants to insure all constituents of a successful deal are accommodated.

Takuhi brings an extensive background in business accounting and over 20 years of experience in industries such as property management and healthcare to the table as Accounting Manager. She joined M.J. Lawson Real Estate Ltd. In 2015 and has used her robust expertise in business operations to manage financial records and reports as well as to work diligently on behalf of sales representatives, clients and co-operating brokerages.
